That's fair. It does make sense since it's naturally known for men to fall faster than women.
There's probably only one instance I can think of is where Twila "falls in love faster than him", and honestly, the fall is about the same time as when he falls in love, so that's out of the window.
In turn, I really do like seeing ideas from people where Twila ends up making the big move (a kiss on the lips) first. Like the girl ends up making the bigger move at the end, I suppose.
Yeah, in my mind, Twila is too smart to fall first, at least logically. I mean, she's emotionally available/aware (?), but I feel like Brighton is more attuned in emotions than she is.
Her love language sounds indirect compared to Brighton's more direct approach. Less obvious, even.

I like her kissing him first, too, mostly bc of him going from confident to flustered and making smoke is funny to me haha.
It doesn't help that Brighton cant exactly hide his emotions now matter how hard he tries, his rays are practically a billboard to what hes feeling. That makes it more fun for him to fall first.
Though if she did and realizes it, I think Twila would be in denial about it. Not vehemently, moreso trying to convince herself again that its normal friend shit. Doesn't really work but at least she has a much better chance at hiding it
