+avoid sugar and carbs
+eat half of everything i didn’t proportion
+always keep limit from 900-1200 cals

+try to workout every day

The only bad thing with drug binges is that your drugs end eventually and then you have to deal with a crazy comedown from hell.

…and it’s called amphetamine comedown.
MDMA: when it hits you, you love everyone. when you come down, you hate everyone. and the next day, you hate yourself.
Comedown guide:
We’ve all been there but here are some tips to make it easier
1. Drink orange juice, it will make you feel so much better
2. eat fruits (especially watermelon) when you start feeling the comedown - this won’t be such a shock to your system. If you start eating a lot of carbs on a comedown you might go into a binge for a few days however this isn’t the case for everyone so do what works for you
3. You will feel much better when you sleep, if you can’t sleep don’t worry that’s normal. When it eventually comes you will be good as new
4. If you feel like you’re going to die that’s also normal, I promise you that you won’t. You are just experiencing a little anxiety which will go away once you have slept, eaten and re-hydrated
5. Listen to Zen music to calm your mind
6. Try and be with an animal/pet - you will feel more relaxed
7. If you can’t keep your food down try drinking something that will replenish your electrolytes. Keep some electrolyte sachets at home
8. If you need to, call an anxiety hotline
9. Take a relaxing bath
10. Drink water & stay hydrated
