look what I made for my LANCER games! I'm learning to animate with Pixelover and its a lot of fun :D
Hello! Been a while since I’ve posted anything but here is my art piece for the animorphs minibang of 2020!! This piece is a representation of Ender Valentine’s fic “Marco The Best Wingman.” It’s a great, fun little fic of Marco presuming Ax is crushing on Cassie, Cassie presuming Marcos is crushing on Ax or her, and Ax being completely over it all. Its a lot of fun, give it a read HERE.
I had a lot of fun working on this pic. I’ll probably try shading it in the future too! getting some... lighting to make it pop a little more would be cool. Anyway, thanks again Ender, for a great fic!
Curse of Strahd art! I drew this... a long time ago. My friday group finished running curse of strahd november 2019 and ive been sitting on this for a very long time. For some context: Strahd was being distracted by the Cleric Felix, played by @judaciously, when the rogue Nail, played by @acavatica, attacked him from behind by using a jagged, magical hook attached to a length of chain. This is him whipping around. It was... quite cool. Strahd beat the snot out of the party :3
This is the Millenium Eagle! The starter ship my Spaceships and Starwyrms players used for running through “The Eternia Archive.” Its got an AI called “Ship Habitation Interface Technology, Unit 33,” or SHIT33 for short. She’s fun to play. She’s a repurposed assassin droid with her combat functions severely limited. Whenever she has a murderous impulse, she momentarily freezes up. She freezes up a lot :3
This is a spaceship I introduced to my spaceships and starwyrms campaign. I added an extra vessel to the end campaign of “The Eternia Archive,” the adventure module for the game. The ship uses solar sails for power, and uses wings.
This is a picture meant to represent a photo taken by a father and daughter at a trip to a water park. This is Kyle and Sarah Stanley. Sarah Stanley was kidnapped and forced to be an unpaid intern by a corrupt game dev company, and Kyle hired the party to find her. Kyle is a hobgoblin, and Sarah’s mother is a Tabaxi. idk what her deal is, only that she’s not in the picture. Kyle tries very hard for his daughter, and supports her streaming. He doesn’t know why she’s so excited about the “minecart” game and reaching “300 substitutes” but he loves her. I love them so much...
This is Vincent Hucrele, a gnome eccentric who made millions of dollars creating exceptionally efficient protection magics and equipment. he funds the players in my wednesday friendsday 2 campaign so they can start a detective agency/nightclub.
This is Zachan, a recurring villain in my Wednesday Friendsday sequel campaign. She’s a criminal, she’s big, and she’s very very dangerous. She’s also hot. And a red dragonborn.
this is my halfling Oracle. her name is Esinara Grogswim (she drinks... a lot). She can heal SO very much hahahahaha i exploited pathfinder quite well. anyway, she’s fun, she’s trans, she’s got skeletons, and she is very annoyed with her party for waking her up in the middle of the night. her hair is supposed to be an undercut XP.
another D&D oc! This is Ferra’lio (why do my characters all have silly apostrophes? lol). He is a tiefling with a lineage tied to Levistus, so a lot of his stuff is cold themed instead. the DM let me swap some of my fire-damage spells for cold-damage ones too. He is a bard, but is it dipping into warlock ofr some magical girl themed stuff :3
I don’t really like how this came out, but its cool!
These are a bunch of random sketches and pieces of art of my character Vinc’enna ruda (Vinca for short). It was fun playing with different shapes and stuff. The bottom right is the full-body sketch version of THIS
this is the final form of one of my favorite OCs, Vinc’enna Ruda! I drew her before, over HERE, and i’m REALLY happy with how this came out. She’s big and very mean.
this is a piece of fanart of @thiscatastrophe‘s halforc paladin Eric Rivers. He’s an awesome character. I love him.
I’m REALLY proud of this piece. Drew it a long time ago, like spring 2019 I think (i remember working on it during work). This character wanders around Barovia, a skeleton atop a skeletal horse, and serves as an ominous omen for the players. They appeared several times beforehand, but this is a rendition of it giving a scrap of fabric to a player that was introduced late in the game. Anselm, a wizard barely into adulthood played by @thiscatastrophe, had his life severely upset by an arsonist. As a child, his school was burned down one night, which set off a chain of events that led to the death of his mother and a number of other painful, traumatic events
Marzena Belview!!! she is a character in the Curse of Strahd campaign. I had a lot of fun cleaning up the entire Belview/Abbey of Saint Markovia part of the campaign to be less... problematic. Anyway, she was transformed into a person with one goat leg, bat wings, and the mouth parts of a spider.
I drew this ship for my Spaceships and Starwyrms campaign. They’ve been saving up a lot of credits to upgrade their starter ship (which I’ll be posting next), and this is what we’ve come up with!
~~~
A new ship has a certain… silhouette. In the light of the stars and air-dock halogen, they glimmer, they shine. They don’t have the scuffs that cause light to catch and dull across their surfaces, their barrier is completely active and is almost invisible, but visible just enough to change the light quality as it passes throug, bounces off the glimmering hull, and then reflects back out. It is beautiful, in the way all things new are beautiful.
This ship is not new. This ship is scratched, dented, scarred. To many, this ship is far more beautiful, because it clearly works. It has been tested. It bears the signs of traveling through a meteor storm without serious damage. There’s a curious starburst, a splayed burn that runs across the top of one of its wings, that anyone with any understanding of weapon systems would recognize as the mark left when a Plasma Cannon hits point-blank but doesn’t punch through the hull. This ship is not new. But it is badass. It has been through the ringer, and it came out blasting.
The vessel looks sort of like an axe blade with a truncated handle. It has a wingspan of over a hundred and fifty feet and is about two hundred feet long. The shortest point is the tip of the wings, which are about thirty feet tall at the ends. From the bottom of the hangar bay in the rear to the top of the command deck, the ship’s almost a hundred feet in height. On the top of each wing and nestled just behind the command deck are the three weapon systems of the ship, and dotting the top of the wings are the various communications and scanning arrays the ship utilizes.
The twin engines sit at the back of the wings, and the sweep of the ship’s rear is interrupted by three large doors: one in the middle that accesses the hangar, and the two smaller ones that open onto the cargo holds.
~~~
The ship’s interior is retro-fitted to fit a curious aesthetic. The deck-plates beneath your feet have been altered to resemble wooden floorboards, and the doors, while still opening upwards into the bulkhead like most saguarin doors, look like carved oak. The window portholes have been altered to have actual sills and to be square or rectangular, and much of the furniture is either made from actual wood, with the stuff that couldn’t be bought like that made from cleverly-disguised metal or plastic. The air is rather dry and warm, and the lighting system has a slightly-harsher glare than you might be used to.
