So I wanted to make a post about balance. I’m a visual learner so this kind of helps actually looking at something.

There is nothing wrong with craving a bowl of carrots over a bowl of chocolate. There is also nothing wrong with craving chocolate over carrots instead. Food is fuel. Food is delicious. Food means life and laughter and celebration and nutrients.

Never deprive yourself of anything because it is deemed “unhealthy”. Enjoy your treats, and eat your veggies.

Woke up at 6:30, after only four hours sleep (congratulations jet lag, you won this time..) and did a morning run along the shoreline overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge with the @nikewomen crew! The 40-50 of us Did some pathway-clogging stretches, then Had an explore of the @nike Union St shop before this incredible brunch down at Pier 3.. A morning filled with endless colour and smiling faces! 😊😊😊 San Francisco, you’re an absolute treat!
