Hello everyone! Long time no see. I made this post on another app and I decided to make one here too.

I couldn’t find it in me to delete this account after all these years, yet I am still unsure if I’ll be posting art here.

It began with a middle schooler who loved to draw and found a fandom for the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Since then I had a lot of fun with this app and I’ve had my fair share of really good and really bad experiences here.

Today, I am a university student who rarely draws but is making an effort to draw again. My tablet of 7-ish years had finally broke so if I ever start posting new art here it’ll be doodles.

Thank you to all who still follow this account and for those who’ve made my Tumblr experience a good one. 😊

Will you ever draw ponies again? And will you draw your OC again?

Someday yes. Looking back now I realize just how much of an enormous impact MLPFIM had on shaping me into the person I am today. I would love to rewatch some of the show and to draw the six again. My mlp oc too. 🥰

What if you didn’t change because you don’t want to forget the good times?

It’s good to reflect back on myself from years ago to see how much I have grown as a person since then. I want to grow and learn from the past rather than to forget. On the other hand, staying in the past wouldn’t allow me to grow past that point.

I was just looking at your profile pic. What are all those miscellaneous charms on your necklace?

It’s an old doodle of my mlp oc. It’s based on a necklace which had an item from 2 people who were close to me at the time. I’ve been meaning to change my profile to something new like I did on my Instagram account. I chose to keep that picture as I transitioned from mlp fanart to fanart of other shows and groups I enjoy.

Suiting? Like you haven’t looked? You could have a meadow of sunflowers or a sunsetting or rising on the horizon. Have you ever been to the beach during that? Beautiful!

I actually just changed it to one I rather like a lot. ☺️ And yes I have! Beautiful indeed.

Hey, how come you never put a background on your tumblr? You’ve had tumblr for years.

I had an orange speckled background for the majority of the time I had this account. I guess I forgot to change it after removing it. I’ll update it when I find a suiting background.

Has everything been alright you haven’t posted in a while and it’s your birthday and nothing to celebrate it? Are you alright did something happen? -Old Friend

It’s been so long since i’ve been active on this app. I took a long healthy break from drawing to devote my time to my studies and family. I’m slowly easing back into drawing and i’ve got some finished ones that I plan to post soon! I’ve had this account for so many years, I look forward to updating it again.

And yea, my birthday just past. 🥳 I spent it with family.

First drawings of 2019 and what a great start!! For this year I plan to do some background info for each drawing I post so you all can get to know me a bit more. Here we go!

I discovered the band @skeletonstaff around mid semester last year. Their “I Told You I Was Poor” music video had been constantly suggested to me since it was during a time where I was listening to all of the Gorillaz albums. I’m very glad I decided to watch it and read their comic strips. Some people don’t know about those so i’d highly recommend you check them out on their official website!

I found Skeleton Staff’s music to be a huge breath of fresh air since i’d been listening to Gorillaz constantly. I love their use of acapella in their tracks and I love the passion that each musician brings to each song! Lyrically, I enjoy following the story each song tells and the political elements some contain. Each track is unique in sound and genre yet perfectly has Skeleton’s Staff’s style in each one.

I made a promise to myself that the lovely band members of Skeleton Staff would be in my first post of 2019! Drawing these was a delight from start to finish! There’s definitely going to be more artwork where that came from! ❤️ I’m so happy to see how much exposure the have gotten so far on IG! They deserve a lot of love. I’m very grateful to have had the pleasure of messaging them from time to time too. Look forward to more artwork!

This piece is one of my personal favorites from 2018! This was my art entry for @lemonyolk ‘s art contest on IG. The original design is credited to her wonderful Gorillaz fanart!

I’m so proud of this art piece! I haven’t worked on a full colored piece in months and to finish this in a day was a delight from start to finish! I’m also very happy with how my art style has been developing more with the Gorillaz band members. I hope to draw them all eventually! This was a much needed project before I got into my finals.

These were done right before my finals this semester. 2 are of Sapphire from SU, the other is a doodle of Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket and the other is actually a request I have gotten from a dear close friend of mine @tiltedhatart who designed the character!
