the scene in TGR where Zane comes for Jean and he says he begged for it and they fought. When Jean finnsly says “i didn’t deserve” heavy hands, heavier rackets, drowning I’m drowning “what happened to me”. He was having a panic attack around his coach, his old coach would have hit him, or worse. Imagine how scared he was.
