question about episodes from point of view of our love interests, how will the situation with pronouns used towards our scholar look like? will our LI talk about scholar accoring to "the biological sex" chosen in "sholar of the month" event or use they/them or will they use pronouns chosen by us like it always has been, no matter how scholar looks like?

The scholar of the month is a simply stand-in which will be shown for the time being in lieu of your scholar when playing the side story through the eyes of a LI.

This will be the case until the “scholar-engine”, the engine which will later allow you to see your scholar in game, is ready.

Since the scholar of the month is simply a stand-in for your scholar’s appearance, the pronouns won’t be affected by it. Your scholar will be referred to by the pronouns you chose for them.
