As they all say like poison or rather honey dripping through my veins.

If you only knew the things I would do for you or the lengths I would go to keeping us whole.

As if you could ever know the things that I pain me at the wee hours of the night when I can’t sleep because I know better.

I know better than to let you run through me day in and day out just to wake up one day and have you be gone.

If you only knew how much I knew. The girls that you message and flirt with thinking that I would never see it. Or how much it kills me inside to think that you think that’s okay.

As if you ever knew what true love and loyalty meant to a silly young girl like me.

As if you could ever see the tear stains underneath the pillows that hold your perfect head each night we lay together intertwined.

And if you only knew that if you were anyone else I’d like to say I’m through, but because it’s you,
