Lightning bolts have been a fashion motif for ages, and the ones on the necklace are NOT the SS lightning bolts, which are flat on the top and bottom rather than tapering to a point. The ones on the merch are the most basic-ass bog standard cartoon lightning shape imaginable. They're what preschoolers draw when you say to draw lightning.
