im hating myself so much right now and life is so dull bc my brain tells me I don’t deserve happiness bc I’m so fat and ugly

like I’m feeling so low I’m probably going to skip our family easter gathering to avoid judgmental eyes

I’m thinking of starting a juice cleanse to kick start some change because a month ago I was SO motivated and idk what the hell happened.

–> so I did that juice cleanse and it was GROSS and didn’t do anything lol.

I guess its been 3 years since I did an update but I have been a *very* unhealthy weight for 5 years now, my guess is due to getting older, changing hormones, stress, and because I work night shift. And also having a boyfriend that’s shown me unconditional love and I’ve been testing the limits of how ugly I can get and still keep hold of such a gem.

ANYWAY the body dysmorphia/dysphoria is strong but I just invested in myself big time so we will see how much can change in 12 months with some ~injections~ and Im so excited!!

Beep boop almost a year later now and I’ve lost like 70lbs on the shot god bless

My thyroid labs are back to normal and my blood pressure is perfect

Unfortunately none of my underwear or jeans fit but my boobs have not changed in size so your girl is looking stacked

I can’t wait to actually go out in the sun with *less* shame this summer and get some color back
