This blog is largely dedicated to fanworks that focus on Obikin (Obi-Wan Kenobi/Anakin Skywalker) from the Star Wars franchise, but may occasionally feature ships like ObiAniDala (Obi-Wan/Anakin/Padme), AniDala (Anakin/Padme), Han/Luke, Lando/Han, Finn/Poe, Ahsoka/Barriss, Din/Luke, Cassian/Melshi, Maul/Obi, Maul/Ahsoka, and whatever else I might stumble into.

About the Artist
My name is Fin! I was born in the 1900s and occasionally my hyperfixation with this franchise will rear up every now and again. I watched the original trilogy when I was five years old on a betamax machine where Han did indeed shoot first and have watched up to The second sequel trilogy which I will probably never finish in order to remain blissfully unaware of whatever Disney did with all that.
Currently watching:
Ahsoka
The Clone Wars (for the third time)
Have watched:
Episode 4
Episode 5
Episode 6
Episode 1
Episode 2
Episode 3
Episode 7
Episode 8
The Clone Wars (2003, 2008 - 2020)
Obi-Wan Kenobi
The Mandalorian
Andor
Rogue One
Have played:
OG Battlefront I & II
Lego Star Wars (all of it)
Bioware games (in prog)
Have read:
Karen Miller - Wild Space
Greg Bear - Rogue Planet
Curious about what else I draw or write?

Winter break is too long I got back into obikin… I made a reel on ig but surprisingly it got a lot of hate bc I mentioned I ship obikin, and apparently shipping fictional characters that see each other as “ family and bothers” is bad…
This one might be more intense and it’s fine if you don’t like this idea.
Obi Wan is in 50s with white hair. He knows he’s too old to find love and spends his days on the shore remembering his lost loves, Satine and Siri. Yet one day he comes across something on the rocks. Think it’s a body he goes out wanting to bury it. Instead what Obi Wan finds is a young beautiful merman with curls and tanned skin. The merman introduces himself as Anakin and he seduces Obi Wan. They have sex and Obi wan is left with one of Anakin’s scales. Obi Wan is convinced he found love again but the day he sees Anakin laughing over their tryst and saying how could a young beautiful creature love a weary tired old man. Obi Wan is filled with rage and when a witch known as Talzin appears he turns to her. He wishes that Anakin loved him. Loved him so much that it hurt him. Talzin grants him his wish and Anakin emerges from the water his eyes hypnotic and full of desire for the old man.
i like the premise, but it does feel so cold of anakin to mock the intimacy shared ;a; very more vader of him, i guess. perhaps mer culture lore for this au would follow a sith leaning where they habitually lure sailors to their demise or to eat on them or something????
also explores the moral ambiguity of mind control (to a degree) which makes it a fascinating angst laden concept!
another day in which i am thankful for the wealth of wonderful artists and writers we have in our corner of the fandom. obikin shippers are truly blessed & spoiled for creations ❤️❤️
It's been almost two weeks since the first post sharing the link for the Obikin 2026 census. I'm sharing the link again here in case anyone missed it or lost it. (click here).
I'm very grateful for the reblogs and shares; this has helped us reach a wider audience, going from 51 responses to 93. That's already a wonderful number, but if there are still people who haven't responded, it would be amazing to see that number grow.
The form closes next Friday, April 10th. There will be a final reminder on Thursday.
Thank you very much; the results will be available in a few weeks.
