Project based on an interview of house music’s legend Frankie Knuckles from Defected Records’ Simon Dunmore. They talk about past, present and future of house music and I wanted to express it through three different objects : a fanzin for the past, a magazine for the present, and an usb key “cassette” for the future. The “cassette” contains a mix of the tracks they talked about in the interview taken from Frankie Knuckles’ House Masters compilation.

Set by Na Kim

A collection of designer Na Kim’s work from 2006 to 2015, published on the occasion of SET, her fourth solo exhibition, at DOOSAN Gallery in New York. For this book, fragments of Kim’s works are set in more or less personal categories, taking on a form reminiscent of a sample book. In contrast with other catalogues that are linked to an exhibition, published before the show’s opening, this book sketches the pre-exhibition content and establishes the guidelines for the imaginary stage set in the exhibition space.
