It always seems to be the ones you don't expect or the ones who had a huge impact on your life. The man in these photos is my Pop-Pop. Him and my Mom-Mom basically raised me, I have more childhood memories with them than my parents. I've looked up to him my entire life and when I was told he passed away yesterday the first thing I realized was I never let him know how much I appreciated him and looked up to him. In the last 3 years I've buried too many friends and family members, and have lost contact with too many people only to notice that each and every time I never let that person know how much I appreciated them. I feel we don't fully appreciate someone until we realize we'll never have a chance to let them know what they mean to us. If someone means something to you say it, if you miss someone let them know, don't hide it in the hopes for a better opportunity. You may never get it. #resteasypoppop

"The underdog has become the wolf, and the hunger steady grows"-Big Sean. Made the switch to low bar squats and the gains are coming every week. Last week hit a 5 rep PR of 225. Today did two sets at 245 one for 4 reps and this one for 3. It feels sooooo much better! No more back pains or neck pains whilst squatting and like I said I'm hitting prs every week!
