would you happen to have advice for a boy who has a crush on a guy he sees every week at fencing practice?

Well the first step would be to find out if he’s actually into guys (subtly of course, you wouldn’t want to out someone or make them uncomfortable). Other than that, try to be friends with him! Talk to him more at practice, offer to fence with him outside of practice if that’s a possibility. Try to get closer to him! Once you’re friends, try to let things flow naturally from there.
