(sxnchez-mxde):
Morty gazed around his home as if it was the first time that he’d ever seen it - - WAS THIS REALLY UPPER CRUST? Surely not, and he had to remind himself that she was from another dimension entirely. He could only guess what it was actually like.
“This is actually pretty average for th-t-thi-this dimension. Most houses are this… have ’ lots of space ’ . ”
He made a gesture for Teddy to follow, leading the way into the kitchen where Rick was drinking orange juice… from the carton. The teenager paid no attention, instead approaching the cupboards and opening them for all to see.
“What do you want to eat?”

“Oh! I’m not really picky,” Teddy assured. “You can pretty much grab anything and I’ll eat it, as long as it’s not an avocado.”
“Once ate a really dusty cheeto off a gym floor, actually… Not my proudest achievement, but when ya gotta eat, ya gotta eat. Pickin’s .. Uh…. Do be slim sometimes.”

That... wasn't what he was expecting.
"I-I-I-I-I don't like avocados, too," Morty stated, as if to help Teddy ease a little and not feel so... isolated.
He decided on making them both a sandwich, grabbing two plates before heading to the fridge; Rick made no attempt to move, setting her annoyed stare upon Morty as he grabbed some already sliced ham and the butter.
"This is a ham s-san-sandw-sa-sandwich. It's really good," Spoken as he got to work on Teddy's, glancing her way before continuing: "Well, you can stay with us f-fo-fo-for a while, so you don't have to worry about that-"
"-Jenny is going to be reeeeeal happy about this, Morty," Rick commented, much to Morty's annoyance.
"I know what you're trying to do, Ri-R-Ric-Rick. It won't work," He turned, offering Teddy the sandwich, "We can watch TV if you'd like?"
