Happy 10th Anniversary to Undertale!! 🎉🎉

I wanted to redraw a really old Undertale drawing I made like a million years ago in honor of a game that actually changed my life. Big thank you Toby Fox for his amazing work. I don't want to get sappy again so I'll leave it at that.

I might've been 10 or 11 when I drew this and I remember being so proud of it. Now look at me go

So, like everyone else who's been waiting 7 years, my dad and I have been playing Silksong basically nonstop and I think I've noticed some very subtle foreshadowing.

I can't be the only person who's caught this but I haven't seen anyone else talk about this. Whenever you open an important gate in the game, this huge bell will ring and play 4 notes

and I felt like the melody sounded familiar. It sounded suspiciously like the first few notes of an old Latin song called "Dies Irae."

What's so interesting about this musical choice is that Dies Irae is almost always used as a sign of doom or death (with those words literally translating to "day of wrath") and it plays every time you make it a little bit closer to the Citadel.

I haven't finished the game (not even close) and most people already could tell something's weird with the Citadel but I think it's really cool that this eeriness can even be found in something as simple as the gates to new areas :)

I decided that I'm gonna use this account to share stuff about these characters of mine.

Their names are Dyani Adkins(girl with gun) and Isaiah Lewis (boy in raincoat) and they try and protect their town from monsters conjured by the rumours of the residents. I can definitely get into lore stuff as time goes on but I'll start there for now
