I AM RETURNED
I am back i am back i am back i am back i am back I am awake! Things have been just downright horrid at the apartments and they have made me see if there are things I can do to improve them. Those rare few who follow this account are possibly wondering where I was. Twitter. Plus streaming. Also included in this post is some new art for those here.
Both are of recent trends, or at the time of creation were trends. The first was not truly finished but I knew if I had done more I would grow to hate it whilst the other is more recent and mostly finished. I nitpick and wish to add more details like glowing but you understand the style I am going for in my new animations. For those who have seen my design before it can be broken down into three parts,
The faux, the name explains all. The form closest resembling that of a human.
Then, the dark. The form that is inbetween the lamb and the faux. This model is newer than the previous one as you can tell. Though my intention with the faux is to make it uncanny. Standing upright and still, speaking in a "calm" tone the entire time. Whilst the dark speaks more normally the form is closer to the true self.
Finally, the lamb for the last form. the form that is as close as it can get to the true self without being reduced below a concept. As shown in the 3nd post featured here, the ram is supposed to be the most intense due to how unstable it is. Barely being kept together and breaking at the seems.
A design I worked on before deciding on the lamb. At earlier designs I simply wished to make the outline more wild to showcase a slippage but it lacked something to make it stand out by itself.
Horns were a simple addition that fixed that. changing the silhouette to showcase a major change whilst still of course keeping everything else. I should have said much earlier that my design is meant to be a entity. Akin to SCP or lobottomy corp. One that streams for human connection and to understand people more. That this entity is something that goes past human understanding and can be closer to a concept. How I showcase this is with a rough outline that is ever changing. The entity itself is shifting and changing. funnily enough a model I did showcases this face quite well:
From a concept, to being fully realized before breaking down back into a concept once more. The lamb being shown for only a frame before returning back to the dark. To showcase the idea of being *just* a concept of a person I go for a stick figure and then suddenly warp to a more human look.
But even as a concept, staying unstable and shifting. This model was not serious in any way yet I still wished to have some quality. The horns are not for no reason, I do have symbolism with them but I have yet to put that into work as an example. I have rambled enough with this post. Expect more art to be posted here in the future.
