well, in any version of my canon and AU Gortash is the first to confess to Jacq, seen that my boy is quite oblivious.

as to answer your first question, when Gortash realized he was in love with Jacq in my AU is when he is 19 and Jacq was 14.

I learned that NPCs are scared of the slayer form, so I opened an old save in which I had it and started running around Rivington and the Lower City being a menace.

Random citizens run from the slayer shouting things like, "Help!" Guards shout, "Go on, get!" and, "Go! Shoo!" like he's a stray cat. I went into the newspaper workroom to see if maybe I had discovered a new way of getting into the printing area without a fight by scaring everyone away, and then I kinda stood a while until one worker ran back into the room and said, "Damn thing's still here!" 😂 One man, aptly named Malek Stones, just kept on working. He's really trying to get that raise.

Gale was my only companion in this playthrough, which makes all this funnier because he's just running after the slayer, probably apologizing to everyone and telling them, "He's harmless, really."

Gave Raphael a visit. He unfortunately is not scared of the slayer (that's fair, he has his own scarier form). So I decided to attack him, and he lit the slayer on fire and said, "Like a mosquito nibbling at a dragon. Begone." I learned you can attack him three times before he calls off the negotiations and leaves. Gortash was also unbothered. At first it looked like he was pointedly ignoring me, probably thought it was Orin coming to bother him.

Anyway, this has been a fun experiment.
