one thing that I absolutely adore about giyuu's character is how he seems to enjoy conversations, even though he doesn't really like talking.

in the fanbook he highlights as something very positive how some of the hashira start conversations with him, like he's just waiting for people to come and talk to him because he's too socially inept to do so himself, but he really wants it to happen...

although he's an introspective person he yearns for company, the warmth that comes with a friend's voice, but he's not good at going after it so he just metaphorically waits in the corner with a cloudy air for other people to take the initiative <\3 and when they do he never ever takes it for granted
