I do appreciate people wanting to write accurate and good scenes about panic or anxiety attacks where characters follow calming techniques or something but also sometimes there are characters that I think would attack someone if they were asked to name 5 things they can see 4 things they can feel etc

guys apparently you don't get to complain about everything being overpriced if you refuse to buy from temu, ali express etc (according to some colleges of mine) and if you say you don't want to buy cheap (quality) stuff you're stupid because "its so cheap you can just buy a new one if it breaks" and if you say you don't want to support the exploitation of workers they just say "yeah but you don't know these people" and im like why the fuck is it so wrong to be compassionate about everyone, even if you don't know them?
