Ingredients: 1 cup passion fruit pulp. 1/2 cup lime juice. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups heavy cream. Zest of 2 limes.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well combined. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and sprinkle lime zest over the top. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Once frozen, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and serve. Enjoy!
