Two kinds of only children

So what from I’ve experienced there are two types of an only child: #1 only child is used to being so independent and self sufficient because it’s always been them, they always did their own thing never had to really answer fully rely on someone else. #2 only child since they never had someone else they’ve been lonely and long and hope for; essentially wanting other people around.

Welp, I have never in my life dated an only child and I have gotten myself a number one, and i cannot lie it’s honestly very hard for me. I am so family oriented and do so much with my family. I really struggle, because we are not wired the same in that aspect nor is he used to it. They're not used to checking in with someone. It’s kind of like that person is still living single, of course no cheating is going on but they kind of don’t realize nor fully comprehend what it’s like on the other end.
