Miscellaneous Nightcap headcanons!!
- Their real name is Seiya, and their dragon’s name is Kurayami
- They go by any pronouns, but lean more towards they/them
- They’re the 4th youngest out of all of L.E.A.F
- They and Grass Knuckles are great friends. Grass Knuckles helps Nightcap come more out of their shell and Nightcap helps Grass Knuckles reign in his attitude. On days with not much going on, they like to spar
- Despite their often moody disposition, Nightcap is scared of most things. Even a simple tap on the shoulder would make the young mushroom jolt and yelp. They try to keep up a brave face but it’s a little difficult when at any moment zombies could rush you
- Some of their favorite hobbies include art and poetry. A good sketching session in their notebook always helps them decompress after a long and rough mission
- They don’t talk too much, and even when they do they’re rather quiet. They try their best, they really do, but after years of being largely alone it’s still a little difficult for them to hold a conversation by themselves. They’re working on it though
- They don’t remember exactly where they got their teddy bear. They don’t remember why it feels so special to them. All they know is that sometimes, late at night when they hold it in bed, they can’t help but be overcome with emotion. They just hope the others don’t hear anything

Ok so this made me realize that I’d never acknowledged that the heroes probably have actual names beside their hero name/species name so yea time to rewrite some of my AU </3 also imma politely borrow these headcanons because I love them sm please keep making these <3
Though I will still continue calling Nightcap’s dragon Scarf because of someone else’s hc and because it’s hilarious to think this big spirit dragon is just named Scarf (also I HC he can be Nightcap’s scarf if he wants so yeeee)
