Dragon Fruit Progress
I’m projecting a Spring release for Dragon Fruit #1 I am hoping to have it all done and released by April at the latest. I’ll keep you posted as I go through the process. Currently 10 pages are completed, fully inked and toned. This book is fully black and white for sake of a timely release.
A homage to the late Charles Shulz. This homage is to his one and only regret when he finished Peanuts in 1999. That regret being that Charlie Brown never got to kick the football. Thanks to Tabby’s blinding super speed, Charlie Brown can finally kick the football with no one the wiser that he got a little help from a sympathy cat.

Update on Tabby
Ok, the new Mini Adventure is done and I will release it on Valentine’s Day along with the Tabby Valentine’s Day art I drew up. These are both paired off to help tell a little story.
Making something extra
I’m working on a new Tabby’s Mini Adventure to coincide with my Valentine’s Day art.
Working on a side project.
Dragon Fruit #1 is on a small production break til a throrough review has been made on the rough draft. In the mean time I’m working on a side project. A small image of Tabby celebrating this year’s Valentine’s Day with a special guest accompanying him this year. It will be posted on Valentine’s Day.

What’s going on now
So far, I’m preparing for an upcoming convention. After this weekend I’m going to work on Dragon Fruit, I’m also going to try and work on something special. I really can’t delve too deep into it just yet but I promise I will let some be known soon.
Released today, character profiles featured in the upcoming series Dragon Fruit! Kai the lead is a teenage psychic starting to discover his latent powers. Kiyone the leading lady is a mysterious girl from Kai’s past and has an influence on Kai’s power. David is Kai’s best friend and helps Kai build his self confidence. Gemma is Kai’s younger sister and despite their differences they care about each other.Â
Progress
So far I’ve been working on making 6 new posters for Boston South Coast Comic Con. They will be revealed after I’ve finished them. They’re something I’ve never made before and will be in very limited quantities. If successful I will make 3 new ones I have in mind for the future. In the meantime, I’m going work on my last poster, and then do quality check on the 6 posters.
Working on the Storyboards
Dragon Fruit is making progress. After I complete them I’m going to take a small break and work on a separate project I started spit balling recently. After sorting that out I will start revealing the names of characters and who they are in Dragon Fruit. i will also of course start blue lining the book and then ink and tone and then publish. I’m also working on getting a new program to help me along in my pursuits to publish my books in a more timely fashion.
Another demo image, I might tweak it a little and I’m going to add personal info about him too at a future date.
I redrew my leading lady, I wasn’t happy with how I was drawing her lately so I went and got to the older drawings I did of her and now I’m happy. I thinned her eyebrows, changed here eye color from brown to amber, simplified her hairstyle on the right side of her head, and stopped shading her lower lip.
