{✥} — As she usually was, Capricorn was locked in her own thoughts. Completely oblivious to the small feline for the first few moments he had padded into her view. Huffing to herself (again) she continued to mutter under her breath, griping about her siblings still, causing her to lose attention to her footing. The balls of her feet landed just right on one of the smooth, shined rocks along the middle of the little creak and it was all history from there. Falling back onto her behind, the red-head let out a soft shrill that was mixed in surprise and pain. She was going to feel that one in the morning for sure. That was when she noticed the small kitten sitting along the water’s edge.
❝ Well if anyone had to witness that, i’m glad it was only a cat. ❞ Queue a small wince of pain.
For as impressed as he was by her balance and the grace she seemed to carry... Nall wouldn't have expected her to be as clutzy as she turned out to be. Turning his face away just slightly and wincing along with her when she had fallen right onto her butt. Better that than on her head he supposed.
Nall simply grinned to himself at her comment. If only she knew. Standing back up now, he padded along the water's edge until he was at her side. "Your landing could have been better. Four out of ten!" He ranked, followed by a small chuckle. Who knows how she'd even react to a talking animal!
Woods were terrains needing for exploring, something new could always been found as nothing were the same in there. Wandering eyes, befit for one own occupation had caught sight of something interesting. Intruder not it’s name, but a wind which walked an uneven path, landing in the unknown through the passage of forest. A pair of children, not exactly of the normal ones, had been seen, then running away, leaving pair baffled, both looking to one another in question. ” Not sure what we stumbled onto here Boko, but getting the that tingling feeling, we aren’t welcomed or wanted here. ”
While the dragon children had fallen back to make way for Nall, they stuck to the trees and the background to keep watch. Just cause they were children didn't mean they didn't know a few things about fighting and defense. However, as Nall poked his small cat like head through the bush to spot the intruder, he'd notice the large yellow bird. The air about the man was... not that of evil or darkness. In fact it seemed to be quite the opposite. A feeling he hasn't had in years... not since Alex at the very least. "What brings you here, stranger?" His voice called out, deciding to remain hidden for a bit longer.

He needed this time alone. Night had fallen over Taben's Peak, and all the dragon children had gone to bed. Leaving Nall to himself and his thoughts. While he loved being around people he cared about, it didn't completely take the pain away from those he had lost in the past.
He'd settle himself on the edge of the rusted tower's overlook. Legs hanging off the side and overlooking the vast forest and greenery around him. It was amazing to think that this tower was once a mobile weapon of destruction and now it was a place of hope...
Looking up at the moon, Nall's heart seemed to tighten in his chest. The sight of it always reminded him of his friends all those years ago. Alex, Jessica, Kyle... and all the others. The moon though? Always reminded him most of Luna. Bringing a hand up, he'd tug the scarf from his neck and grasp it in his hands. Luna's scarf... even after all these years, it still held together. Sighing softly and smiling lightly at the memories, he brought the scarf to his mouth in an act of care.
"I miss you..."
Lucia’s Theme- Lunar 2: Eternal Blue.
I suddenly started whistling this again for some reason so I had to find it! :D
If you never played Lunar back in the day, you’re missing out.
If you played it and didn’t like it, we can’t be friends. Sorry, not sorry.
I haven't watched Gurren Lagann since it first came out! Man, I forgot how much I loved it!
PSA; Meet and Greet threads make me crazy. Yes, they’re nice but they get generic and the thread always seems to die incredibly fast. Don’t be afraid to throw your muse at me with an already existing relationship. Have our babies known each other for years? Sure. They act like family? Fantastic! They plot each other’s murders nightly before they go to bed? Cool! Please don’t be afraid to go out on a limb and talk to me about it. More than likely i’ll be all over that! Ok thank you for your time. Everyone have a safe week!
{✥} —Her head hurt. Badly. Surely it could be blamed on how irritated she was —— but dwelling on it wouldn’t help either. The star child shook her head slowly. Copper locks fell back from soft emerald eyes and cascaded down her back like a rustic waterfall as she glanced down at the rocks running along the edge of the creek. The woman’s footwork was swift and full of surprising grace as she danced along the tops of them through the water. There was once a time that she would spend a great deal of her free moments in the woods and forests. But then duty, family called. Now it was a rarity that would only be served to clear her thoughts.
❝ Damn Constellations. ❞
The dragon children took the lead to the location of the stranger, but kept to the trees and remained hidden. Nall was shortly behind them. Sounds of the water running over the gears getting louder with each passing step. And upon arriving, he'd spot the copper haired girl dancing across the various rocks poking out of the creek. It was a sight to be sure. Her movements were so fluid and calm that Nall was almost enthralled by it. Almost! Taking the chance, in a light mist, his body changed from that of a human to his smaller cat like form. He didn't want to scare her away after all. And she seemed harmless enough anyways. Slowly walking out of the bushes, paws padding along the grass, Nall made his appearance, sitting just at the edge of the creek.

The dragon children ran free and playing in the forest around Taben's Peak. And among them? Nall. But he wasn't there necessarily for play. He had been given information of a newcomer. Perhaps in trouble? The dragon child who had told him didn't give him much information to go on. But it was enough to try and pinpoint the location. They were still a ways from the tower itself, but close enough to be within Taben's Peak. An old river having been diverted over the years and washing out over the massive and bronze colored gears that originally moved the tower. Essentially causing a massive unmoving waterwheel. And upon getting there, Nall had no idea what to expect.
Maybe it was the fully blossomed trees and the nourished grasses grown tall or the twice the size fruit and animals gathering in groups to feast as if nothing was their prey or predator. The Market place was flourishing in their new crops, seemingly gained just over night.
Gentle winds carried the smell of new earth, floral and oak like but also the scent of sun basked reptilian scales. Within white robes and golden décor, the obvious newcomer stood out like a sore thumb amongst those of the market place. Though his features were gentle and bright, is hues seemed distant as he held onto a given offering with eager praise in his direction.
Though moving to step aside with the fruit in arms, bread and fish too; the dragon was saddened by something. But upon stepping pass Nall, his senses returned to him. Turning sharply so, to reach out and take the being’s wrist within his own digits. "You… " Spoken as the offerings he had befre landed upon the floor with thuds here and there.
How does one’s dragon blood react to another?
Strolling across the sun bleached stone of the market place, weaving through the crowd, it looked as though the dragon had a destination in mind. In truth, he was merely getting a feel for the place. It wasn't the first time he's been here, by any means. But the whole and overall... happiness of the place truly intrigued him. Was this just the natural growth of humanity and life when there is no shadow or dark lingering, threatening to ruin? He could only hope. But times like these... they always tended to come and go. And the most he could really ask for is that this calm lasted.
Settled enough with his brief exploration, Nall decided to start gathering supplies. It was what he had come here for after all. However, just before he could reach a stall that had various oversized fruits from the local forest nearby, his wrist had been grabbed. Various thuds and a few splatters quickly followed. Not only that, but there was an intense sort of shiver that shot up his arm. What... was that? Red eyes glanced back to see who would have grabbed onto him and caused him to react in such a way. And when his sharper eyes laid upon softer ones.... he couldn't help but stare.
He didn't know this person... and yet felt he had a sort of kin with him. Strange... this male wasn't one of Althena's dragons, and yet... he existed? "Looks like you dropped some things." Nall finally responded, noticing the food that surrounded the other male. And then.. he noticed the fish. Nall practically lit up upon the sight of it. Fish of any kind was his favorite. Always had been. It was the one thing that lead him to act a bit less... omnipotent and wise, and more like an addicted kid to candy! But no! It wasn't the time for that... He'd draw his eyes from the fish and back onto the other male, pulling his wrist free from their grip. "I don't do autographs, if thats what you want." A joke, but he was merely getting a feel for the other.
He was in the digital world right now…. right? Something about this place felt different however. Had Daisuke done something wrong when he entered the digital world this time? Maybe he really should have waited for everyone to show up… It didn’t help that Veemon was nowhere in sight either.
Was that… a person? Well that was the last thing the goggle head expected to find while walking around but he really wasn’t going to question it. At least not just yet.
”Lost? Me?” Daisuke gave a rather unconvincing laugh, hand coming up to scratch at the back of his head, “No way! I was just, uh, taking a little stroll!” Ah yes, truly convincing. “But hey, let’s say I was lost, would you be willing to tell me where I am?”
Nall gave the boy a look that more than said he wasn't fooled. The boy was far from the first kid to feign confidence. It was pretty natural at that age. Thus why it drew out a light chuckle of amusement from him. Sure. He could play along with this for a bit.
But something surprised him. The kid didn't actually know where he was! It seemed nearly impossible. After all, Taben's Peak was a place of such historical importance, that everybody knew about it! But... not this kid? What kind of place did he come from...? Nall's curiosity was growing by the second!
"Hypothetically it is then!" He chirped and opened his arms, holding them out to the side. "This is Taben's Peak! Hypothetically speaking... I'm kind of surprised you made your way here without even knowing what this place is." He remarked, now cupping his chin in thought. "Can I ask where you came from?"
