OpenAI has refused to honor my December 28, 2025 data export submission in good faith. Instead of sending accurate data, the information they sent was only an extremely small sampling of files (far below 1% of images or voice conversations). Some audio files may have been edited or fabricated. Others corrupted. Others were selectively “curated” by OpenAI to shape their preferred legal narratives. The IACHR has been notified of OpenAI’s evidence tampering.
