Multiplayer game where your character is trying to escape a strange food filled labyrinth, and every time the character dies they're randomly assigned either Livestock, Game, Farmer, or Hunter. The game, and subsequent respawning, ends when someone finds the exit. You have a minimap that only shows you areas you've already explored, and does not show other players.
You have to balance your character's insatiable appetite, avoid food and they starve, but eat too much and they'll become slower. Any interaction with another character results in either eating them, being eaten, or occasionally a stalemate, with each character's assigned trait being symbolized on them, and odds of being eaten are decided by both the characters' assigned roles and a random roll of the die. Game have slightly higher odds of eating others than Livestock, and Hunters have slightly higher odds of eating others than Farmers. Farmers and Livestock have slightly higher odds of eating unavoidable, randomly spawned food items than Game and Hunters do. Exploring the labyrinth will lead to finding occasional upgrades to a strength attribute to offset your character's slowing movement speed and raise their likelihood of eating instead of being eaten. Strength attribute half transfers to whoever eats who, meaning that when you respawn after being eaten your strength is halved, there is ample motive and risk to hunting other players down. Strength attribute is hidden because it looks just like any other food in the game, meaning there's no way to know if an item or another player has strength attribute unless you eat them.
If a timer runs out and no one has found the exit, or one player has eaten everyone else on the map and forced them to all respawn, a boss named the Minotaur spawns and hunts you down. The Minotaur cannot be eaten and has high odds of eating you, if it stalemates with you on its first attempt, it will leave you to go hunt someone else down and then circle back to you, until everyone is eliminated or someone finds the exit.
In the event that everyone is eaten by the Minotaur, it takes a ten minute nap wherever it ends up but doesn't despawn, while all the players respawn in random locations and are forced to continue to try to find the exit.
A bonus Nightmare Mode has no strength attribute, and instead has a speed attribute which only makes you faster but doesn't raise your likelihood of successfully eating another character, and there's no map to show you where you've already explored or where the Minotaur is, and the Minotaur doesn't sleep, just continues wandering around but gets slower as more players are eaten.
