  So far, Lucina’s birthday had been everything her parents said it would be. Everyone in the castle had wished her a happy birthday, and even some people she didn’t know came in! But the best part was the presents she was getting. Some of them she didn’t care for right now, but she had gotten so many toys, and even a tiara that looked just like the one her big sister had!

  When Inigo approached her with his present, Lucina looked up at him, her eyes shining with excitement. The toys he placed before her made her grin, and she grabbed the two stuffed bears in a hug.

  “Thank you, Inigo!” Lucina squealed, although it was muffled due to the toys she was currently clinging to.

"They look heavy..."

  "Hm?”

  Having been completely distracted, Robin was startled by her daughter’s voice. It took a moment for her to process the child’s words, but when she did, she couldn’t help but laugh softly. It was about time to clean that fish bowl, wasn’t it?

  "It does, doesn’t it? Perhaps we should clean him,” she suggested, standing up to go over to Lucina’s crib. She gently scooped her into her arms, smiling weakly, looking absolutely exhausted. “I think we could ask the servants for help, unless you’d rather take care of him yourself…”

  "Yeah! Bath time for Daddy Jr," she giggled, bouncing in her mother's arms. The man Lucina had named her fish after was still asleep, and she could hear him snoring. She'd never liked that sound, but after hearing for it so long, she had gotten used to it.

  Looking up at Robin, Lucina frowned for a moment, but it was quickly replaced by the child's usual smile.

  "I wanna do it! Daddy said it was... um... my responsablurbity..."

"You are very welcome young princess. Have you decided on a name for your fishie?"

  "Daddy Junior," Lucina giggled. "Mommy said it was good, but I think it made Daddy grumpy."

"Lucy," came the girl's enthusiastic reply. She always did love meeting new people.

The child looked up at Chrom, tilting her head. He looked like her father, she could see that. But… Was it really him?
