It’s Reyn Time!
Thank you, Haru~ for reading the rules again/on here~
♠ [for inigo since like robin is now his mom anyways lmao]
Kind gesture - ♠ my muse taking care of your muse when they’re sick ⌈ accepting | closed ⌋
“Honestly,” tutted Robin as she laid a cool, dampened cloth atop Inigo’s forehead, “why didn’t you speak up sooner? Had I known you were ill, I would have let you stay on the sidelines… You didn’t have to participate if you didn’t feel up to it.”
Guilt settled in the pit of her stomach as Robin lightly pressed the back of her hand to both of Inigo’s cheeks, a frown curving her lips. His temperature must have been abnormally high - he felt as though he were a flame from one of her tomes. How could she have allowed her friend’s son—her own future son-in-law—to reach his current condition? She should have been more attentive, more empathic; maybe then she would have thought to ask about his health prior to the last battle. The road to perfection was long, and she was clearly far from its end.
But this was no time to badger herself over her own mistakes, as Inigo clearly required looking after, a task that Robin left to herself. Besides, he hadn’t been injured, something that she thanked every god imaginable for. Had he lost a life, a limb, or had merely been scratched, she would never have forgiven herself. Straightening her posture, she rested one hand atop her hip, watching him studiously. His symptoms weren’t too severe, unlike other sicknesses she had experienced firsthand, but he was still in no shape to continue fighting or even training.
“Do you need anything else? A healer, perhaps? Or something to eat?” Bombarding the poor mercenary with questions was probably not the best plan of action, but she could hardly help him if she didn’t know how to do so. “If there’s anything you need, please tell me. I’ll do what I can. It’s the least I can do.”
I am death incarnate, bitch.
Thanks for reading my rules!
⊰❀⊱ { @flourpicker ❤ ’d for a starter }
*.:。❀*゚ A breath for courage- hold it for a few seconds; then let it go slowly... And take another for good measure.
It was all part of her personal goal; to make herself less shy, able to talk to people without faltering and stuttering and... Freezing up at the first sign of interaction. It was a shame for her to be so incapable of doing even that simple task. She was a Princess and a Priestess on top of that; both jobs which should include interaction with those seeking her aid. She had to overcome her fears!
“L-... Lazward..!” Even trying to make her voice louder; to project some air of confidence to the mercenary, she fell horribly flat. “C-could... I speak with you... Just for a moment?”
“Yellow beauty burns gold.” gomen shay i didn't realize you added a passcode to your rules
I just put them up not that long ago. Yer fine haru. Anyone who has RP’d with me previously pretty much knows my standings on things anyways. ^^
The mercenary & The flower - Lazward & Ayame
Starter for @flourpicker
Her decision to travel between the continents of Hoshido and Nohr may have been mistake. Or maybe it was a blessing in disguise. For the brunette it was difficult to tell at this moment in time. She was not about to place doubt in Izana. Silly as her liege be he was still far wiser than herself having more experience and years under his belt. Or Obi for that matter.
No matter Ayame hadn’t a reason to question his request for her to explore to two continents. In fact part of her was excited about the prospect of explore the land before the war escalated. Having lived most of her life entirely Izumo she didn’t know a great deal of what the land had to offer. However.... Nohr wasn't exactly what she had been expecting. T
he primary case and point being that the people here were suffering. Terribly so, to the extent that it made her heart clench in her chest. Simply standing to the side in this village as she was and watching how people lived was an eye opener. Was this how all of Nohr lived? How many people suffered like this? The thoughts wouldn’t leave her alone as she leaned on the wall behind her.
“By the gods....” The brunette sighed. She honestly didn't get it. Any of it. Just how could people live like this? Was this what his grace had wanted her to see?
