Antoinette and Emil marriage facts:
They were engaged for a long time, they waited until Emil’s graduation from his PhD. The day of the graduation, right after the ceremony they headed to the court house and got married. (Antoinette is still kinda miffed she didn't get a big party).
Chores wise, Antoinette does the laundry, sweeps and mops. Emil cleans the kitchen and bathroom, helps with folding.
Antoinette taught Emil how to cook, so far he has mastered pasta.
Emil keeps Antoinette level headed, while Antoinette helps Emil lighten up.
They alternate big spoon/little spoon positions. Antoinette ends up being big spoon most of the time.
Emil has a lock in his office, and keeps it locked cause he knows Antoinette is prone to coming in and distracting him from his work. However, it’s pointless since Antoinette picks the lock and comes in anyways. Or, if she has a hard time getting the door unlocked. She’ll start howling, to make their dog howl. Forcing Emil to come out.
They claim to have an open marriage, but they like each other’s company so much they don’t really look for anything else.
Like said before, Antoinette is the dominant in the bedroom. Mostly cause Emil’s sex drive isn’t as high as Antoinette’s, but also cause Emil likes the attention.
Emil is mostly affectionate in private, but in public to show affection to Antoinette he places his hand on her lower back.
They’re the couple all their single friends come to for advice, most of their advice consists of: “Dump them.”
