It was so dark. Everything feels so loud. So sight, but still so much.
Once the flash of light dissipated, a humanoid figure stood in the center of the Bubble Room. Gripping the side of her head stood... well, Jasper, in a sense. Her “hair” traveled down from her head across her back, still like a mane, that led into a tail. Her feet were still reminiscent of strange hooves, with slightly digitigrade legs. Her hands, fingers digging into her scalp, were clawed. Her uniform had returned, with the bare patches of skin beneath it dotted with green patches and spines. Her horns remained, smaller now, curving from the sides of her head and jutting out from where her eyes were supposed to be. Her odd serrated, fanged mouth was gaped open as she breathed.
Opening her mouth, she produced a long, low groan that steadily turned into a snarling growl as she lowered her hands, head swinging from side to side as she attempted to get a bead on the other occupants of the room.

It had been a secret scheme hatched in the barn. He’d dreamt about Jasper last night. He wanted to help her. Like he did with Centipeedle except.. better this time. Hopefully. He’d had more time for his healing powers to develop further, and Lapis had had time to... reflect. Steven managed to get Lapis to go along with it, Steven had popped the bubble and smacked the doglike corrupted gem’s nose with his spit and...
Well, here they were. Standing before Jasper, chest heaving, body misshapen. Neither Steven or Jasper made any other sound after Jasper’s original growl besides the panting. They seemed to be.. waiting. Each of them for.. something.
