Winning-ish
I bought a lottery ticket on my birthday and today, instead of the usual ‘Sorry not a winner’ message (aka Loser!), I got a ‘Congratulatons...’ I laughed as the winner’s chimes dinged: “Probably $12″, I said to the man next to me. Not far off. I won the princely sum of $11.50, so ‘reinvested’ in tonight’s draw. The dream is alive once again.
Today got off to a slow start but I’m rather happy with my final efforts. I powered through several hours of prac logging, went for a brisk 4.3km walk with clubathletica, then slotted in an upper body workout (mobility routine with the bo, lat pull-downs, lateral raises, let-me-ins) before making yummy tacos for dinner.
