Fed Speakers will be on the mic today the entire day; Yellen testifies at 10:00 am, Bullard speaks at 10:15 am, Evans at 1:30 pm, 4:35 pm Mester speaks.  Over the long-term what they say matters less to where the market is going, in the short-term anything can move the market. The fourth quarter is typically strong, but they are quite different in election years. Schaeffer's Research.
