19 of 21 Stocks in Theoretical Short Model Portfolio Reach Price Targets
This post is in reference to our latest model portfolio update, The Best 24 Stocks for 2016.
Woodward, Inc. (WWD) reached its price target and will be assumed closed at the end of trading on January 19, 2016. The stock is down -9.50% MTD for the equivalent theoretical short sale gain.
For the MTD the theoretical long models are down -11.13%, and stocks in the theoretical Core Short Model portfolio are down -15.41% for the equivalent short sale gain. The Core Long/Short model is up 4.28% MTD.
The Opportunistic Short Model portfolio has assumed a 100% cash position since just prior to the January 7 close with a theoretical gain of 9.96%. The Opportunistic Long/Short model is down -1.17% MTD.
MTD the S&P 500 is down -8.22%.
