how was your day? anything interesting or yucky happen?
aH HELLO THERE ANON !!!!!!!!!
thANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ASKING, FIRST OFF, i love it when people ask about my day okay it makes me feel sPECIAL so thank u for that
and !!!
it was pretty normal, i think !! though i'm kinda excited for tomorrow, 'cause i'm goin to a dance. i guess a high school dance isn't really that glamorous but it gives me an excuse to wear a PRETTY DRESS and HANG OUT WITH MY FRIEND and then BUY SMOOTHIES so i'm down for that
hi, it's me the question-asking anon again! here are some questions: favorite lipstick color and brand? is there anyone in each of your classes that inspire your fashion, give them a lil shout out? if you could dye your hair any color w/o having to worry about it looking bad or damaged what color would you pick? imdescribe each day of the week as a food? what fall out boy song describes your life? anything that you're super picky about? have fun w these, I'll be back again soon!! :))))
you're like my favorite anon i hope u kno that i keep being like I GOTTA ANSWER THEM QUESTIONS and then i keep on scrolling away like a dumbass BUT IM GONNA DO IT IM GONNA ANSWER THE QUESTIONS because you're actually the coolest and you actually take an interest in my blog and ask me questions and that makes me rly happy and fuck i should actually get to those questions now shOULDN'T I
tbh i don't really have a favorite lipstick brand, mostly because my family doesn't have that much money so i usually just grab some wet n wild lipstick or maybelline. i wish i had the $$$ to spend on rly pretty makeup but ?? mone y ?? ?? ???// ? ?/? / ? it is a mystery. when it comes to fav color though, i really like light purple, red (because who doesn't love red lipstick) and hot pink, just because it's fun as hell. i love lipstick. i love. lipstick. i actually have this whole story about why i wear lipstick all the time bUT MAYBE I SHOULD LEAVE THAT FOR ANOTHER DAY IM ALREADY RAMBLING
when it comes to fashion, i really gotta give a shoutout to eribent, because michael is just everybody's aesthetic goal, lbr. and lovelyladywho is pretty fab too, not gonna lie. and 221b-how-bout-hell-yeah has a cat dress and i dont think it's possible for anyone to beat that tbh. bASICALLY SO MANY OF MY FRIENDS JUST HAVE GREAT AESTHETICS AND I COULD GO ON ALL DAY WOW.
lavender, no contest. i have wanted lavender hair f o r e v e r, but my hair is naturally medium brown, and so i'd have to bleach it out every single time and re-dye it a lot and that would most likely cause a lot of damage. but if i could go for any color without worrying about damaging it, i would definitely go for lavender pastel hair because it's just so CUTE. i've also thought about doing it black, so maybe add that as well, though i'm a little hesitant because black dye DOES NOT come out. i'll probably just end up sticking with my red hair for now.
days of the week as food ?? monday -- spoiled milk. ew. tuesday -- milk. kinda boring. wednesday -- chocolate milk. better. thursday -- hot cocoa. even better. friday -- FUCKIN CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE. saturday -- FUCKIN ICE CREAM FLOAT OR SOME SHIT LIKE THAT. sunday -- vanilla milkshake. still no school, but that great because tomorrow is monday and therefore terrible. i guess these are beverages but i feel that it's a pretty good depiction of a week yA KNO
first off -- THIS IS THE BEST QUESTION EVER. you're like the coolest anon i love you. next -- i think i'm gonna have to go with 27 off folie a deux. there's just something i feel about that song. if home is where the heart is, then we're all just fucked.
i'm not really sure if there's anything i'm super picky about right now ?? if you count the fact that i'm pretty picky about my morning routine in the way of i've always got to have time to get my outfit together and makeup on and i have to do everything in the same order or i get thrown off, then that's one. and when i was a kid, i was the world's pickiest eater basically. i swear i lived off of pasta and chicken nuggets for like 5 years holy fuck. but i got over that tHANKFUL Ly. i still kinda have a weird taste in food but i'm WAY better than i was as a lil kid.
h ELL A. i'm trying to think of some rly good and eloquent concluding statement to put here but all i can think of is the word 'hella' please forgive me question anon i love you
What's your writing style like? (i/e can you post an example?)
tHE FACT THAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO KNOW MEANS SO MUCH TO ME YOU HAVE NO IDEA WOW ?? anon i love you a lot. like a lot.
anyway, i just wrote a tim/brian thing but idk if you're in the mh fandom so, i'll just put throw smth here ?? i'll put down a snippet from a story i'm working on, probably doesn't make much sense outta context but i actually kinda like it so i'll throw it here. i also have a bunch of roleplay blogs 'cause i'm a nerd, if you wanna see those i could link you !! i do some of my best writing there to be quite honest.
anyway -- sTORY YES.
( oKAY SO HERE GOES NOTHING THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF MY STORY ABOUT A BUNCH OF QUEER SPACE ALIENS IT PROBABLY MAKES NO SENSE OUT OF CONTEXT AND A LOT OF THE PLOT HASN'T BEEN REVEALED YET BUT C'MON IT HAS SPACE ALIENS MAN )
The dust of the ship is stuck to her skin, on her clothes, in her hair, every movement she makes sends up a cloud of it and her first thought as she steps out of the dismal grey ship’s bay onto the dismal grey ground under the dismal grey sky is that she hopes the apartment has a nice shower. Not very much like her at all. Her friend nudges her (just a little too hard, his elbow driving itself into her side unpleasantly) and seems to be expecting that she’ll start sorting people out, categorizing, organizing, calculating, just as she did the first day the two of them arrived at university on Glaciion 7. She really does try to oblige him, her mind making a halfhearted attempt at analysis, but she’s just not quite all there; before the trip, she’d proudly proclaimed long journeys don’t tire her, but a few light-years later the bags under her eyes have caught her in her lie. Ruebbal, on the other hand, is unfazed by their cold monotonous journey from one end of this arm of the galaxy to the other -- he’s grinning at her, bouncing up and down on the balls of his feet, bright yellow eyes flashing from one building to the next. Of course he’d be excited, astrophysics major that he is, to be here in Agrillon -- in fact, to be here on Cenope at all. The whole planet -- this city especially -- is the damned Mecca of his science. Meanwhile, here she is -- xenobiologist on the planet of tech. There are so precious few natural ecosystems left here; so precious little for her to study. She contents herself with the fact that what’s left has been so little explored. Perhaps they’re considered largely uninteresting by the scientific community as a whole, but maybe there are secrets left. Maybe there’s something worth finding. Maybe. “Vellei!” Though all that registers on her face is annoyance, she’s secretly glad that Ruebbal has shaken her out of her reverie. She’s getting too bitter, too self-pitying, for her own good. She’s here to study, and whether she actually finds anything or not, she’ll do her job. She’s just graduated, after all. It’ll be years before she starts getting the good assignments. He’s pointing at a nearby building, one that towers high into the sky -- erm, she assumes it does, but the dismal grey building disappears into the dismal grey fog before she can really tell. Well, she supposes she’s being a little unfair to the building here. The windows catch the light beautifully, glint and glimmer along the outer surface; it’s much less ‘dismal grey’ than most of the buildings around it. She’s letting her irritation taint her perspectives again. She’s got to work on that habit. “Look at the size of it,” he breathes, astonished. She will admit that it is a rather magnificent construction, but she must also admit that, while Ruebbal is brilliant, he is quite easily astonished. “We haven’t even left the port yet. We haven’t even gone inside to check in our luggage.” He rolls his eyes at her. “You’re the only person I’ve ever met who could come to work in Agrillon and not be excited about it.” She rolls her eyes right back -- Vellei isn’t about to go without paying him back in kind. “Then everyone else you’ve ever met must be easily impressed. Like yourself.” He sighs at her, but he’s smiling. He can hear it in his voice. She’s a little annoyed, but that grin -- sharp-toothed or not, it’s more infectious than any disease she’s studied. Damn Ruebbal. “You’ll be happier in a few minutes, when we grab your luggage and you have all your precious textbooks back. N-” "Don’t you dare.” “-erd.” Ruebbal’s old-fashioned slang never fails to elicit a chuckle from Vellei, and he grins in triumph. whatever game they were playing, it seems she’s just forfeit. Ah, well. Such is life. His attention span, however, has never been legendary -- his excitement passes as quickly as it comes, to be replaced by some new wonder. Now he’s gone off on another tangent, arms waving wildly, eyes glinting -- and Vellei simply doesn’t have the energy to absorb every word. Just barely, she catches something about Old Agrillon; Ruebbal’s had some preoccupation with visiting the place since they first made their plan to come to Cenope. In fact, he wanted an apartment there -- he used the words ‘charming’ and ‘quaint’ more times than Vellei could count on one hand. She had quite firmly insisted that the word he was searching for and failing to find was ‘cheaper’, and she wasn’t about to give up modern conveniences to pay a few Uninotes less on rent. Just because he liked to walk instead of using the proximity teleport and lug around goddamned paper books didn’t mean she had to. She’s begun to think that perhaps they should have gone with cheap, though. Ruebbal’s trusted her because she’s always appeared to have herself together -- but if she doesn’t, if she’s made the wrong decision, he’ll go down with her and it’ll be her fault. She’s the star and he’s the planet, and she dooms not just herself, but him as well, by going supernova. By now they’re inside, they’ve passed through the great glass doors into the port, and Ruebbal’s wandered off in the direction of the baggage claim, oblivious to the fact that she’s fallen behind, distracted. She takes off after him, his long stride making it difficult for someone of her stature to catch up; it’s best not to let Ruebbal wander away. (That’s a lesson she learned the hard way.) He’s off, and she’s off, and they’re off into the great unknown.
Quite a long way away from both the dismal grey and the glorious gleam of Agrillon, an inhospitable, uncomfortable, cramped little moon drifts lazily around a gas giant. its orbit is slow, erratic, but the immense gravity of the planet keeps it from floating away entirely. In the minds of nearly every inhabitant of this galaxy and not only a few beyond, this moon is insignificant. In fact, in the minds of nearly every inhabitant of this galaxy and not only a few beyond, this moon does not even exist. It is merely one of an incalculable number of faceless worlds, another pebble in the void that does not require contemplation or consideration. No one has had even a passing thought of this moon in a long, long time. There is a forgotten fact about this moon, however, that has yet to be rediscovered. It is one of the most beautiful places in the galaxy that was once, impossibly long ago, christened the milky way by the inhabitants of a planet that had not yet found its way out of that number of faceless worlds. Every day dawns bright and clear, the stars spreading out in an impossible shimmer across the wash of the sky, the two suns rise immense as the winds of the planet below continue to toss and turn and howl in their intricate dance as the unending storm of Isykypso rages on. Atmosphereless, unsuited for life, but nearly impossibly beautiful. Once men came here in droves, trusting technology, putting themselves entirely into its hands and setting their lives on the line simply to see the sights. Now, there is no one to appreciate them. The moon is not uninhabited, of course. But the people there no longer have eyes for beauty. They prefer to stay underground. The surface -- the light and the dark and the call of the great unknown -- is no longer their place. (Funny, for I seem to recall a time when that was their main motivation.) As the second sun dawns unrecognized and unseen over the surface, bathing the former dark side in brilliant light, a man paces the caverns below, footsteps echoing against the stone. He has never seen the second sun -- or the first, for that matter -- in all his life. His father never saw the suns, either, and his father before him, and his father before him. They do not risk the outside, they do not risk discovery, they do not risk the sun. A small sacrifice to remain pure. Faraway voices call, raising and rising and running up the walls as they struggle for dominance, the constant squabble of the compound that few who live here even notice anymore, it has become such an integral background noise. today, though, he is very much aware of the sound. It has wormed its way into his head like an invader, like an impurity, and he does not welcome it. After all, if he is to truly remain pure, he must be pure of mind as well as of body. He mutters to himself in a language long lost to the universe, whose original form mingled and mutated and interwove itself with the words of so many worlds that its influence is barely recognizable in the Commonspeak of the galaxy. It is the speech of his very distant ancestors, who ruled a country called England on a planet called Earth, back when people had proper pure names like George and Elizabeth and had not yet mixed themselves up with the rabble. Sometimes he wishes they had simply never left that planet called Earth, that they had stayed and isolated and kept themselves pure for ever and ever, eternally. But he does not allow himself to indulge in such wishful thinking for long. There is simply no use in such things. He must concentrate on the here and the now and the situation he and his fellows have found themselves in. They are almost ready. He knows they are almost ready. The universe is -- has been, has always been -- ready to receive them, but they have not had the numbers, the power, to grant its wish in a hundred thousand generations. But they are almost ready; he is the one chosen, he is the one who will see it through, he is the one who will return the universe to its proper place. He will bring it back under their rule. Beauty, you see, is no longer theirs. But once, everything beautiful was theirs and theirs alone. He will make it so again. He will make the universe beautiful. He will make the universe pure.

yes. so many people. so many fuckign people. last year in my ap us history class there were so many idiotic crazy right-wingers who wouldn't ever shut up, and nO ONE ELSE WOULD POINT OUT HOW DUMB THEY WERE so the task fell to me. long story short i'm pretty sure that everyone in my apush class thought i was a lesbian communist. excuse them i am a bisexual socialist
if i'm a tiny palm tree that's actually growing on a beach then i'm totally going for that. but if i'm one of those tiny trees that's in like hotel lobbies i'd rather be a cactus in the desert and destroy people with spikes
..................................................yeah and there's also that one time i spilled some juice on the white carpet and i couldn't get the orange stain it left out so i just threw a pillow on top of it and was like ok fixed
oH MAN. honestly it totally depends on my mood. but most of the time i'm listening to either fall out boy or panic! at the disco. something angry and pop punk. because i'm pop punk and also very angry that i have to get up early and go to school, u see.
my favorite smell is probably vanilla or peppermint. idk why they make me happy they j uST DO. i'm trying to come up w/ something creative here but i'm b AD AT THAT so im just gonna go with my peppermint here bc reasons.
i play the giant slide whistle trombone in my school's band !! it's pretty fun, actually. i like playing a lot, even though our band director is kinda a dick. :/ i wish i could play the guitar or piano though. either of those would be inSANELY COOL.

The Kids Aren't Alright: Who/what never fails to pick you up when you're feeling down.
well ofc you kenna i mean you're my girlfriend and i love you to the ends of the earth. but gutzeus, kikuchirinko, acetommyshepherd, eribent, 221b-how-bout-hell-yeah, okktaviablake, whisperedfaiths, amysterywrappedinanenigma, vernsawyer, and like 473892743892743 other people i probably forgot because i'm a fuckign nerd all deserve mentioning here for being amazing tbh.
and when it comes to what instead of who, probably just hanging out and getting to relax is the biggest thing that makes me feel better ?? also listening to music. so i guess you could add patrick stump to that list of 'who'. and brendon urie.
Fourth of July: A moment in your life you wish you could change.
i honestly really don't have any super-specific moments i wish i could change, other than those dumb everyday awkward/embarrassing things that happen all the time, and if i had the chance to change something in my life i don't think i'd want to use it on one of those because as much as i regret them it wouldn't really ?? impact the course of my life in any way
i would probably try to go back and change whatever influences caused me to develop anxiety problems so that bs would disappear that would be nice
Favorite Record: The songs on your life's soundtrack.
i think we all know it's just pretty girl rock i mean uh man oh god this is h ARD i like a lot of songs
probably a lot of fob songs, esp. the phoenix, i don't care, the (shipped) gold standard, and what a catch donnie. also probably a lot of panic! songs. bittersweet and turn off the lights are definitely on that soundtrack. along with my silver lining by first aid kit ?? that song is very 'me' as well. and heaven knows by the same artist. uh what else. . . be calm by fun., eyes wide open by gotye, new romantics by taylor swift ?? icarus by bastille ?? and just. a lot of fall out boy. so much fall out boy.
or honestly you could just set my entire life to caro emerald and i would be content the lyrics dont even match up i just like swingy 20s-ish music i would be ok with this soundtrack
