In Training. A Rant. (Ignore)
I love training people.
People that show up 15 minutes late.
Cause they had to stop for coffee.

15 minutes late in a bakers world puts you behind an hour. At this time I've already pulled all my racks out, all my prep is done, and just barely started to stretch baguettes.
15 minutes is an hours worth of work.
Especially when your doing a solo bake. And have to prep the next nights bake. Because the baker who is working is scheduled with a bench that is known for calling out/ no shows as of late.
While I'm bitching:
On top of training a new baker, I have to do inventory & my truck order.
Which they keep screwing up. I walked into double my inventory cause they copy & pasted the last truck order which was everything under the sun due to the fact that the truck before that they ordered NOTHING.
Which was fine with me. Told my boss I wasn't a pickup/delivery boy. I refused to pickup shit they should have ordered.
Which meant the cafe GM had to go find product at other cafe's. Which no one has cause everyone is slimming down on product & numbers cause none of them know how to count.
"They're so bussssy!" "They got slammed"
Really?! Going into season and MORE customers are coming in?!
(I'm so glad I saved that gif)
It is literally how I stare at the cafe managers now. Hahaha
Sorry for the long rant.
