I want to simulate Gongsun Yuan's rebellion in ROTKXIII but his list of officers is sorely lacking, all he has is Jia Fan, Lun Zhi, Bei Yan and Yang Zuo. Could I get a list of all the officers of his you're aware of so I can make them as custom characters and give him a fighting chance at conquering Wei?

Historical records don’t name too many of Gongsun Yuan’s subordinates, but there are a few:

Bei Yan: Grand General of Yan

Wang Jian: Chancellor of Yan

Liu Fu: Imperial Counselor of Yan

Gongsun Xiu: Gongsun Yuan’s son

Wei Yan: A chamberlain to Gongsun Yuan

Yang Zuo: A general

Bi Sheng: A general

Sun Zong: A general; sent as an envoy to Sun Quan in 233

Xu Shu: A colonel; sent as an envoy to Sun Quan in 233

Wang Can: An administrator

Lun Zhi: A general who objected to revolting against Wei; executed by Gongsun Yuan

Jia Fan: A general who objected to revolting against Wei; executed by Gongsun Yuan

You can add Wang Jian, Liu Fu, Wei Yanand Wang Can for politics/strategy. Bi Sheng, Sun Zong, Xu Shu, and Gongsun Xiu can help fill out the military roster.

Gongsun Yuan also kept his uncle, Gongsun Gong, in prison. So perhaps consider “recruiting” him as well.

Gongsun Yuan also relied heavily on support from the Wuhuan and Xianbei tribes, although the only leaders I can name from that era are those who opposed Yan. So maybe toss in a few of those to help expand the ranks.

Compared to Wei it isn’t much, but it should get you started.
