Mali was calmly exiting the kitchen, a bag of chips on her hands when it happened. She really wasn’t ready, not expected this in any way, it was rare that lia pulled such pranks on her, which is why they worked so perfectly when she did, mali guessed. As soon as she saw her jump in front of her Mali took her hand to her heart and let a little squeal as she jumped a step back. She looked at lia who was way too pleased with herself and said the one thing she could in this situtaion “stop, i could've dropped my croissant”

“Lia, baby, you need to stay still or I’m gonna mess up your nails.” Mlai said tryingt to sound annoyed but the laughted was clear in her voice no matter what. She loved getting to spend time with her room mate just relaxing and watching movies while they braided their hair or painted their nails. Lia was like a blanket for her soul and just spending time with her was always enough to help her unwind from an strefful day at work or forget her artist block.  “Do you want a flower or do you want a galaxy effect?”
