in his opinion, it been a super short six months and in all honesty he was ashamed of himself. there was no excuse for this bender and nor were there any excuses for leaving his family and ignoring the one person he never failed to answer to. as he swung in his driveway he just thought of the many possibilities of what could’ve gone on behind his front door all this time. sebastian kept wondering if this was even a good idea, whether or not he should pull out and just keep driving, try again in a few weeks. before he even thought about turning the car back on, he was turning the key in the lock and stepping through that big wooden door. he stood there for a good minute before deciding to let his presence be known. “blayne? bailey? i’m home.” he spoke, walking further into the room. he didn’t want to sound super ecstatic, but the smile on his face would’ve sad otherwise.
