With the meeting wrapped up Nikolas gathered what papers he needed, made a smart comment to Tiernan and was about to head out when he happened to notice Ben. He hadn’t personally talked one on one with the man, outside of the council at least, but knew he should. Finn was his claim and with the history between Nikolas and Finn, and even now, it was only right. “Ben. May I have a word with you? My office if that’s okay.” The master never struck Nikolas as a public talker. Not when it came to private matters. And Finn was a private matter. He just hoped the other master wouldn’t find a need to take off Nikolas’ head.

Isabella & Ben | Planting trees

Of course once isabella heard about the campus clean up it didn't take her a second thought to sign up to help. She'd always been involved with good causes when she had the opportunity, and since it was for both students and teachers she wasn't going to pass it up. Once she'd gotten the information about who she'd be parting up with, she was eager to get going. The closest Isabella had come to planting anything would have just been plants in small pots, but noting big as planting trees outside, It's didn't cause her excitement to leave especially since she was planning on making it a fun little adventure.

She finally got to the volunteer station probably a little earlier then scheduled but then again she didn't wanna end up getting lost and being late knowing her habit for doing that. She decided to gather the supplies that were set up that she'd be needing, and put the the campus day clean up shirt over her own and just backing up the usual things needed. She started to see other students and teachers arriving and as soon and she turned around she set out to look for the name she'd memorized ben foster, who she knew was a student from their encounter already before hand. She just gradually walked behind the young man and tapped him on the shoulder "Ben? right...i'm isabella, your clean up partner for the day" she couldn't help but show the hint of excitement in her voice and just trough her smile, but by the others face they may not have been sharing that same expression and feeling.
