Options: 

1. She begins to go feral, wanders east and stumbles upon the Institute in some way, becomes a synth. I’d have to iron out details, and to me, it feels a bit overdone- Pre-War (or any) character ends up as synth? I dunno, seems silly to me unless the Institute wanted some kind of control over New Vegas via her but then they’d have to make a ghoul synth which doesn’t make sense... but I digress. 

2. She simply ends up on the East, leaving New Vegas to someone else (possibly Yes Man) and using Big MT Transportation to travel around the country and figure out what else is going on. 

3. Non-Courier verse, shortly after leaving the NCR, she heads East to figure out what else is out there... but this feels a bit out of character for her, so I’m iffy on it.
