"BART! BART! MY NEW COSTUME'S DONE!" They'd both had experiences as Kid Flash that were less than ideal, but Barty enjoyed the costume- and he was technically older, which meant that it was his duty to take the role.
"I kinda think I look like Gramps a bit." He regretted the words as he said them-- Flash was still missing, abducted to another world by Owlman. "We'll find him, don't you worry."
