Physician and former medic in the Amestarian Military. He's often found with his partner Gregor, whom he met during the war. They kind of hit it off and have been together since, though the romantic aspect of their relationship is kept private.

John knew Trisha before she was Mrs Elric, and might've had a fling with her rather briefly before going off to war.

Wilson can be occasionally absent minded, one might deign to call his energy 'himbo' esque. But he's an extremely talented doctor, with a specialty in an invisible disease he discovered called 'cancer'. He's become a specialist for automail management and tends to House's mechanical leg.
