to say the least, he does find her jealousy amusing. he thought it looked
CUTE on her, he loved knowing his actions had an effect on people and
he loved knowing the young female still wanted him, even after all these
years spent apart. it makes him smile like a little boy. “well, i do like the way
she’s looking at me, kiddo. she’s STUNNING, wouldn’t you agree?” he’s
teasing, of course. if he had to pick between adaline && the other female, he
would pick the brunette in a heartbeat. there was not a single bone in his body
that didn’t LUST after his old acquaintance. “try not to scare her off with your
glaring. you look like a jealous girlfriend”
adaline wasn't the least bit amused at the direction things were going. going out for drinks with him, she expected his attention to be focused on her, not on some tall blonde who may or may not have the stature and physique of a supermodel who was giving him the eye. of course, she was stunning and every guy in the room was looking at her. "can't see anything special," the smaller brunette answered with a tinge of bitterness in her tone as she took another sip of her drink. "and don't call me kiddo--" she hated it when he called her that, even when he was still babysitting her. taking another gulp of her drink, she glared from the blonde then back to him. "if you're so worried that i'll scare her off, then perhaps, i should be on my way now."
