Okay maybe he had taken about twenty minutes after they’d agreed to head out for (vegetarian) pizza, but he’d been struggling on deciding what to wear. And checking his computer. And phone. An- Okay maybe Anders had good reason to come looking for him, but still. “Seriously, Anders, knocking is appreciated.” By the time he poked his head out, he was a less than impressed looking tiger.

     The other’s voice cut through what Robbie had assumed was relative silence. Curled on his side, he’d been content with just reading through the night. Sleep wasn’t... Ever since he’d become what he was, it had been more of a desire than a necessity. Dead things didn’t really sleep, right? And when he did, his brain just seemed to fill up with what Eli wanted to do, not what Robbie wanted.

      “Yeah, what’s up?” There’s no hesitation in scooting over, making space as Fitz just seemed to be climbing in. Maybe it was an instinct, the same thing he’d done for years when Gabe hadn’t wanted to sleep alone. Either wya, eh rolled over, looking toward the scientist with a raised brow.
