so it’s been a while

I’m scheduling this when I don’t need to see it go up

I’m not gonna go into the details but had something happen maybe a month and a half ago, and then something on top of that a couple of weeks later that’s caused some. Gonna just call them debilitating anxiety/issues for me since then

Not gonna elaborate for personal & identifying reasons

Unfortunately it’s gotten me to the point that I’ve got this absolutely dumb as fuck anxiety from being online, messages, notifications, whatever, like full blown anxiety attacks!

HUGELY embarrassing for someone who’s been online for as long as I have but. Anyway.

If anyone else has gone through anything like this before - or has any tips on how to just. Exposure therapy themselves out of this sort of anxiety, or any sort of similar situation, that would be fantastic. (The irony it will probably take a couple of days to answer if you’re kind enough to have a tip for me…)

fingers crossed I can get my head back on straight in time for 2026 because living like this in the online era is just not sustainable

And yeah will not be keeping this up for long because again this is embarrassing as fuck for me tbh lmao

Hopefully I’ll be able to get the queue back on soon at least, but maybe that’ll be a December thing

Really just feeling some major disconnect from the RPC and even the people here that I love the most. Idk, it just feels like there’s suddenly a wall that wasn’t there before. Probably just my anxiety brain being dumb.

/ I don't know why but I love typing lil things on the tags; well, saying 'little' is probably an understatement since I tend to sometimes go off the branches,, and I don't know if people read those either; which doesn't really matter, but when I save replies, I just ha v e to say something! sometimes it's just me yelling about the reply itself and how nice it was to read! or othertimes it's just me adding lil bits about my character that I couldn't find a way to incorporate on the thread itself, sometimes it's little hints about them as well that my muses probably wouldn't say out loud, it depends, but the point is that,, I personally like reading tags; bc in a way it also allows u to take a peek at the mun and the thoughts that went behind the reply and the such, or other times it just makes one chuckle to themselves over the stuff written, in conclusion, tags are nice 😌
