so it’s been a while
I’m scheduling this when I don’t need to see it go up
I’m not gonna go into the details but had something happen maybe a month and a half ago, and then something on top of that a couple of weeks later that’s caused some. Gonna just call them debilitating anxiety/issues for me since then
Not gonna elaborate for personal & identifying reasons
Unfortunately it’s gotten me to the point that I’ve got this absolutely dumb as fuck anxiety from being online, messages, notifications, whatever, like full blown anxiety attacks!
HUGELY embarrassing for someone who’s been online for as long as I have but. Anyway.
If anyone else has gone through anything like this before - or has any tips on how to just. Exposure therapy themselves out of this sort of anxiety, or any sort of similar situation, that would be fantastic. (The irony it will probably take a couple of days to answer if you’re kind enough to have a tip for me…)
fingers crossed I can get my head back on straight in time for 2026 because living like this in the online era is just not sustainable
And yeah will not be keeping this up for long because again this is embarrassing as fuck for me tbh lmao
Hopefully I’ll be able to get the queue back on soon at least, but maybe that’ll be a December thing
