pre-reveal of Z.hongli = Morax interactions. Him turning up at the bank and Ekaterina having to explain Lord Harbinger is out. Perhaps she's got a lot of work on, perhaps they are looking run down, but Z.hongli offering to help / take them out for tea. Could simply be being cordial, could be attempting to get information out of the people around Tartaglia.
Along the same line, but like Ekaterina having to be Z.hongli's consultant for the day. Perhaps for darker matters (e.g. Wangsheng getting rid of some bodies for the Fatui) or perhaps Z.hongli is simply enquiring about Snezhnayan traditions. Things like that. Ekaterina is a font of knowledge in their own right and more than happy to help if it keeps Childe doing his paper work.
Post-reveal Ekaterina taking the place of T.artaglia as Z.hongli's primary contact at Northland. No she won't say anything and it's unclear whether or not she knows about him being Morax, but she's sorting out his financing and offering practical living advice.
Catch Nadia out and about getting writing supplies. Give her a lecture on the development of writing in Liyue and notice she's paying meticulous attention to every word. Join her for tea, let her turn the conversation towards business and insights gradually (asking the historic value of things, the longevity of investing in certain businesses) then notice slowly certain businesses are being invested in without Liyue. Connection? Perhaps.
Regrator gives authority for Nadia to go after Z.hongli viewing him as too close to Fatui business (obv. unknowing of the contract) She comes after him to assassinate him with different poisons. Yet he doesn't seem to die? Now she's gotta work out what his deal is. And of course once he works out just who the assassin is, there's consequences.
Post reveal Nadia trying to work out how Z.hongli's gone from being the bank's best friend to barely present to report back to Regrator threatening his retirement peace by trying to uncover just who he is
Actual timeline talking about memories and homesickness. I feel like Vlad would appreciate that. He's so homesick and full of memories and Z.hongli's not short of them either so perhaps they end up going for tea and reminiscing.
