I didn't really play VIII so I'm aware that I must be missing details that otherwise a gameplay can't provide unless it's a complete one but I can't really see where the fact that some people claim Seifer to be a villain is coming from. Anyways, I can't but simply admire your portrayal from afar since quite a time from various blogs, and I genuinely enjoy the depth you're giving him and specially the will of showing people "this is him" not with words but with your writing instead. Keep it up!

The best summary/article I've ever read about Seifer is one which just... validated so, so much of what I felt for Seifer's character. It's titled 'Misplaced heroics and the tragedy of Seifer Almasy' (hence, my old url misplacedxheroics) It's very easy to read too -- and gives the best explanation to Seifer's character. 

But yeah, he’s far from a villain. I try not to get so salty over it as much but... occasionally those little moments pop in and swept up in the tell, instead I definitely like showing it through RP. I like to think that I share different facets with him to everyone. No one RP will ever be identical to the other. :3

not sure if you wanted feedback on your info graphic so apologies if this is unwarranted! i think it's very aesthetically pleasing but the text is hard to read and a bit confusing to follow. consider higher contrast with the background, a larger size, and a more vertical layout. keep up the good work!

It's so clear that you put thought into each headcanon/verse/thread/etc and it's fantastic! It's so much fun to interact with ya too! Long story short: YES this blog is awesome, the muse portrayal is awesome, the mun is awesome!

Just... no words.... thank you so very much. I want to make Seifer feel as authentic as he would in his canon verse, I'm so glad I've more or less collected this general consensus that I have achieved just that. <3

I'm prolly just biased because I ily the fuck out of you, but I personally think your Seifer is one of the most realistic out there. You've grabbed his canon, taken it by the balls and made absolutely everything you write about him believable. You've made Seifer your own pretty much, whilst still keeping him as the character we all love.

Darling, you’ve stuck by Seifer’s side long before I ever began RP. You and @scarsbeltsandleather know what a mess he was before (Has he changed much from fanfic? I’ve always wondered that.) Anyway, you humble me. Thank you for being so great.

y awns.... urgh. im tired. OK. so your seifer is p great...ok that's probably not why you reblogged it. to get just compliments. i don't really have any complaints, though? like he's just really well-thought up as far as what the game gave you and you just ran with it. what i WANT to see more from you iss ... just some kind of really good connection that lets him open up a lot .. mmmmm ore? it's a tall order, but it'd be pretty awesome to watch him talk about his concerns with someone he trusts.

No, honestly hearing what people think of my portrayal helps me shape my muse. He’s immutable, meaning that Seifer changes and shifts over time. I would honestly love to have a thread established in VIII where Seifer comes out and talks about his experiences and just… ugh everything.

I wish I could link you to the convos he had with @griefandpunishment – he’s been the most open and honest to Squall than with anyone else. (You could probably search for misplacedxheroics and find stuff over there)
