Looking down into the Mortal plane, the Higher Powers watched their multiverse of Heros, Champions, and Slayers only to notice that the Senior Partners of Wolfram & Hart seemed to be making a deal with a dark being from outside their jurisdiction.  The Powers watched in horror as one of their worlds Heros died before fulfilling his purpose.  Years before even, so they knew something had to be done.  But was there anyway to help, the Higher Power watched closed seeing if one of their champions would be able to go missing and not effect the outcome of later battles.  Seeing that one of their Slayers could be missing for a while before it would matter made the decision for them, as well as pulling a hero from another world as well.

Caitlyn Lehane blinked as she looked around the apartment she was now in.  Seeing an owl at the window, she moved over to let him in and taking the letter reading that Professor Dumbledore was more than happy to have her taking the job of Defense against the Dark Arts.  She vaguely knew that the Potter boy was supposed to be doing his OWLs this year or something.  She gave a small wave of her hand, wandless magic something she worked hard on through out her own last three years of school, she packed up her apartment and quickly scribbled a reply back saying she was happy to be working at such a renounced school.

She knew that something wasn’t quite right as the last thing she remembered she had been fighting a rather slimy demon and then the next she had blinked aware in this apartment.  Cait, after shaking her head and dealing almost autopilot like with the letter slowly allowed her mind to organize what was what finding it strange to have two lives slowly merging together in her mind.

The war with the Reapers was over,  Commander James Shepard has just been through funeral after funeral.  Shepard was filled with guilt from everything that had happened after the attack on Earth.  He locked himself in his cabin on the Normandy to avoid his crew.  That evening or at least the shipside night cycle, Shepard felt this feeling of getting a chance to redeem himself of his guilt just as he fell asleep.

Jimmy woke up in his bed at the Leaky Cauldren knowing that he was going to be meeting Eli and Lawrence this day for their supplies for this year.  He was excited to see his boyfriend and his best mate.  Even though there was something tickling the back of his mind about something.  He got up grabbed his Astrology book that he picked up in the Muggle side of London knowing he was going to show Professor Sinistra the more uptodate information that the Muggles had.  Especially with that Hubble Telescope having been in Orbit for the last 5 years.

After helping the Inquisitor with the Wardens that had been taken over by the Elder One.  Having come back from the Fade, Eli had gone to deal with the Wardens in Weishop.  It was there when suddenly he felt pulled from his own world and Offered the chance to help a young Mage.  

Eli wasn’t really given much of a chance to answer when suddenly, he was waking up in his bed on his family’s farm.  Getting up out of bed, he knew that it was time for him to go to Diagon Alley for his last year at Hogwarts supplies.  He bounced out of his room giving his mother a kiss on the cheek, ruffled Carver’s hair even at the grumbling from his little brother.  Giving Bethany a big hug, Eli made a quick plate for breakfast before making sure his mother was okay with him heading to the Alley to catch up with his best mate Jimmy Shepard.  Of course, there’s a good chance that they would run into Jimmy’s boyfriend Lawrence and Larry’s twin Luna as well.

Cait gave Henry a playful smirk, “What you’ve never wanted to fuck in public even without others seeing us?”  She twirled her wand between her fingers, “Or would you like to be invisible while we’re sitting at my desk?”

Samandriel watched out the window as the train weaved along the country-side, making its way far from King’s Cross Station. It was nice to be going back to school. It was like a second home. He was glad he still had a over a year before he’d have to take his NEWT examinations, OWLs had been stressful enough. 

He couldn’t help but wonder what strange thing would happen this year. His first year at Hogwarts had been fairly uneventful, but he was just a year older than Harry Potter and ever year since he’d arrived had been full of chaos. Last year, he’d claimed that the dark lord was back. Samandriel wasn’t sure whether or not he believed it or not. He didn’t want to, but he couldn’t deny that that was exactly the sort of thing that would happen with Harry Potter in the Triwizard Tournament. 

There were a couple of other Ravenclaws in the train compartment with him. He didn’t know them, but he recognized a couple from various classes.
